Are you looking for a unique product created 100% according to your brand's needs ?

This service is available to all our customers who are interested in developing their brand. However, please note that minimum quantities are high and lead times can vary from 2 to 8 months depending on the project.
For standard branded product orders, we have a dedicated custom branding service.

If you prefer to simply add your brand name or logo to some of our existing products, we also offer a custom branding service for gift boxes, bags and packaging, available for small orders starting from 300 units and with much shorter lead times.

Step 1: Define the amount you require

At this stage, we require you to specify the quantity of products that you want to order. Depending on the product, minimum quantities may vary:

1Displays: for bespoke production, we require 100 units minimum, but if you need more, please let us know the quantity you require. 

2Gift bags: For gift bags, we require 3 000 units minimum or more according to your needs. Please indicate the exact quantity if it exceeds the minimum requirement.

3Gift boxes: For jewellery gift boxes, we require 1 000 units minimum for card boxes, 2 000 units minimum for sheathed boxes and 500 units minimum for larger gift boxes. If you require a larger quantity, please specify. 

4Pouches: For pouches, we require 3 000 units minimum. If you have a specific request for a larger quantity, please let us know. 

If you require other quantities or a larger volume, please let us know your exact requirements so that we can provide you with a tailor-made quotation.

The bespoke service is available to all our customers wishing to develop their brand.
However, the high minimum quantities and lead times of 2 to 8 months, according to the project, may not correspond to your needs.

If you simply want to print your brand name or logo on the products we distribute, we also offer a custom branding service for gift boxes, bags and packaging that is available for small orders of minimum 300 items, with much shorter lead times..

Step 2: Describe the product you would like to create

In this second step, we ask you to provide us with detailed information about the product you want to customise. We need to know the following details so that we can best meet your expectations:

  1. 1 Type of product: Specify the product you wish to create. If a similar model already exists on our site, please let us know its name or model in order to help us identify it.
  2. 2 Colour: What colour would you like the product to be? Don't hesitate to be specific or to provide us with a colour code if necessary.
  3. 3 Dimensions: Give us the exact dimensions of the desired product. This will help us to ensure that the result is perfectly suited to your needs.
  4. 4 Quality: Let us know if you are interested in a standard, entry-level product or a higher quality item.
  5. 5 Finish: Describe how your product should look: should it be textured, matt, glossy, or have a different type of texture or finish?
  6. 6Gift boxes: If you want to create a jewellery presentation box or larger gift box, let us know whether or not you require a foam insert or specify the type of insert or lining you are looking for.
  7. 7 Gift bags: If you want to create a gift bag, please specify the type of handles (rope, ribbon, paper) as well as the colour if it is different from the bag colour.
  8. 8Branding: Specify the type of branding you require: front, front and back, interio, exterior, or on the gusset (lateral or underneath). Also describe the finish (matt or gloss) and specify print colours (1, 2 or 3 colours).
  9. 9 File: If you already have a finished design, you can provide us with a file in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .svg. If you do not have a one of these files, you can provide us with a .jpg, .pdf, .png or photo file, but please note that vectorisation of the file may incur an additional charge.
  10. 10 Sketch/samples and additional observations: If you wish, you can attach a sketch or send us a sample of your idea and include any additional observations that might help us to better understand your expectations.

Step 3: Project validation and payment

In this third step, we ask you to specify your preferences regarding the validation of your project before launching production:

1Approval of Final Proofs: In order to confirm and launch production, we require you to approve the Final Proofs. It is important to review it thoroughly as once it has been approved it is irrevocable. If you wish, we can also send you a sample of the product ( subject to additional delay and cost).

2Payment: For all special orders, the terms of payment are as follows: a minimum of 50%* of the total value of the order, including VAT, must be paid on confirmation of the order. The balance is due before dispatch from our premises.  


Once the proofs have been dated and signed and payment has been received, we will start manufacturing your made-to-measure product.


*according to the amounts, products and lead times, we may request 100% of the amount including VAT on order confirmation.
