What is the minimum order quantity on the website?
The minimum order on our website is 50€ tax included, excluding postage and packaging.
Can I buy gift boxes individually?
It is possible to purchase just one jewellery gift box in-store at SELFOR only. For any mail order (telephone, e-mail, internet), they are sold in packs.
Are all products are available on the website?
No, certain products are exclusively sold in-store, for example jewellery boxes at SELFOR DECOR or gold jewellery findings at SELFOR.
How can I exerce my right of withdrawal?
You will need to return the product at your expense, in as-new condition, together with all accessories, instructions and the original invoice. You can use the withdrawal form available to download on our website.
Which products can not be returned?
- Custom branded or bespoke products.
- Any products that have been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons after delivery.
- Damaged, soiled or incomplete products.
Can I return items if I am not entirely satisfied?
Yes, you have 10 days to return a product bought in shop and 14 days for products bought online, accompanied by the invoice and in its original packaging.
Do you organise events or demonstrations in-store?
Yes, for example, we regularly organise demonstration workshops in our shops.
What are the opening times for the SELFOR Paris stores?
Our stores are open, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6.00 pm.
Which services do you offer in your SELFOR Paris shops?
We offer a custom branding service in our Selfor shop, as well as a bespoke service to create unique products tailored to your desires.
