1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

In the event of shipment, goods travel at the risk of the recipient.
Promotional photos in our advertisements, mailings and catalogues are not legally binding.
We reserve the right to withdraw certain items at any time during the year.
The materials indicated are not binding; they are those indicated by our manufacturers.
SELFOR cannot be held responsible for any differences in product colour, appearance or, more generally, any manufacturing
discrepancies. No replacement will be made.
Stated packaging quantities per box, sachet or pack can not be broken down.
Stated quantities per packaging are for information only and are not legally binding.
1) Jewellery presentation boxes can be purchased individually in store but are sold in packages for any mail order (telephone, email or internet)
2) Products in the catalogue are sold within the limit of available stock.
Taxes are charged over and above the prices indicated at the going rate.
Prices are given for information only and the company withholds the right to revise them at any time to account for changes in the price of metals, raw materials, currency exchange rate or other circumstances.

2) POST AND PACKAGING

In the event that goods are to be sent, a delivery fee (shipment, postage and packaging) is charged for any order. This delivery fee depends on the destination, weight, volume, carrier rates and current legislation. The delivery fees may be modified at any time.

Delivery charges may be modified at any time to account for increases in the rates applied by our couriers.

For orders weighing between 0 and 1 kg: 6.25 € excl. VAT - 7.50 € incl. VAT
For orders weighing between 1 and 3 kg: 7.50 € excl. VAT - 9 € incl. VAT
For orders weighing between 3 and 5 kg: 10 € excl. VAT - 12 € incl. VAT
For orders weighing between 5 and 10 kg : 15 € excl. VAT - 18 € incl. VAT
For orders weighing between 10 and 20 kg: 18.33 € excl. VAT - 22 € incl. VAT
For orders weighing between 20 and 30 kg: 22.50 € excl. VAT - 27 € incl. VAT
For orders weighing over 30 kg : 1 € excl. VAT/1.20 € incl. VAT per additional kilo

3) TERMS OF PAYMENT

In store, full payment must be made on site at moment of purchase by cheque, cash or bank card; the date on the receipt or invoice therefore corresponds to the date of payment.
In case of delivery, the invoice must be paid in advance by wire transfer or bank card. The order will only be deemed accepted upon full payment of the corresponding amount.

4) SALES GUARANTEE

If a product presents a manufacturing defect or if the client is not entirely satisfied, the product may be returned within 10 days in pristine condition and in its original packaging and complete with receipt or invoice. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and no exchange will be possible. In the event that a credit note is issued, the client has a maximum of 3 months to recover it, failing this, the credit note will be forfeited to Selfor.

5) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photos and illustrations in the catalogue and on our website are protected by intellectual property legislation in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, whether in whole or partial, is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. The products in the catalogue are sold under brand names, logos and distinctive signs that are also protected by intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorised use would constitute an infringement of copyright, liable to prosecution under the terms and conditions of the Intellectual Property Code and the Criminal Code.

6) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This article applies solely to final consumers / non-commercial buyer and professional buyers meeting the conditions of article L.221-3 of the French Consumer Code.

Under the terms of Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days with effect from the day after delivery or collection of the Products ordered, to exercise his/her right of withdrawal from SELFOR, in order to exchange or obtain a refund for Products purchased via our website.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within this period, the Products must be returned at the buyer's expense in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition, accompanied by any accessories and instructions, as well as the original purchase invoice for the returned Products.

Any Product returned damaged, soiled or incomplete may render the Buyer liable to SELFOR under the terms of Article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

Any product with traces of assembly will be considered unfit for resale.

Only the cost of the product or products purchased, in a resalable condition, will be refunded.

The Buyer undertakes to send SELFOR the Products which are the subject of a withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days following the sending of notification of his/her decision to withdraw.

The refund will be issued within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt by SELFOR of the Products returned by the Buyer in accordance with the conditions set out in this article and will be made by the same means of payment as that used on the day the order was placed, unless the means of payment used does not allow this .

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Products that have been made to the purchaser's specifications or that are clearly personalised;
Products which, after delivery and by their nature, are indissociably mixed with other products;
Products which have been unsealed by the purchaser after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

7) MISCELLANEOUS

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, reinforced and completed by the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation) implemented May 25, 2018, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete and transfer all of his or her personal data at any time in writing, with proof of his or her identity, to SELFOR 5 rue Réaumur 75003 PARIS.
